What is Texas Hold'Em?

  2. Determine the Winner: The player with the highest-ranking hand wins the pot. The ranking of poker hands from highest to lowest is typically as follows:
  • Royal Flush (A, K, Q, J, 10 of the same suit)
  • Straight Flush (Five consecutive cards of the same suit)
  • Four of a Kind (Four cards of the same rank)
  • Full House (Three cards of one rank and two cards of another rank)
  • Flush (Five cards of the same suit, not in sequence)
  • Straight (Five consecutive cards of any suit)
  • Three of a Kind (Three cards of the same rank)
  • Two Pair (Two cards of one rank and two cards of another rank)
  • One Pair (Two cards of the same rank)
  • High Card (If no other hand is made, the highest card in the hand determines the winner)
  1. Pot Distribution: The player with the winning hand takes the pot, which consists of all the bets made during the hand.
  2. Dealer Position: The dealer position rotates clockwise after each hand. This ensures that each player takes turns posting the small and big blinds and having the last betting opportunity.
